  1. If you purchase any file from iTunes store, it is important that you remove the Digital Rights Management (also known as DRM) of the file that you want to convert. To remove the DRM, click the file and there is an option to erase DRM. If the option did not appear, you need to update the version of iTunes that you are using.
  2. Check the My Music section in your computer and look for the iTunes directory. Highlight the files thar you want to convert and right click. Copy the files.
  3. Go to desktop and create a folder. Paste the files in the folder.
  4. Create another folder on the desktop. Do not put any files in the folder because this is where you will save the converted files.

  6. If you are using Format Factor, click the All to MP3 button and search the ITunes files that you like to convert.
  7. When the conversion process was completed, a status bar will appear on the screen to inform you that the files were converted to MP3. Copy the converted files to the folder on the desktop that you created in step 4.
  8. Make sure that you save the converted files in your computer. You can now transfer the files to you MP3 players or to a blank disc.
